Declaration

Subject to my application being successful, I consent to becoming a fishing member of Yorkshire Fly Fishers’ Club Limited (The Club) and a member of Yorkshire Fly Fishers’ Club (Holdings) Limited (The Company) and understand that in so doing, my liability is limited to a maximum amount of £1 if the Company is wound up while I am a member or within 12 months after I cease to be a member. I authorise you to enter my name in the Company’s register of members. I hereby agree on acceptance of my application, to comply with the rules of the Club and acknowledge and agree that, if I cease to be a fishing member of The Yorkshire Fly Fishers Club Limited at any time and for any reason, my membership of the Company shall automatically terminate with immediate effect.
